Our actionable roadmap to restore service delivery, financial integrity, and municipal growth.

1 Priority One

Fix the Municipality

Build Capable and Motivated Institutions

Building professional, ethical, and accountable municipal administrations with improved employee morale, training, and strict consequence management against corruption.

2 Priority Two

Fix the Money

Reform Billing and Financial Management

Overhauling billing systems, correcting inaccurate accounts, improving meter reading, tackling illegal connections, and reducing wasteful expenditure.

3 Priority Three

Deliver Basic Services

To Every Resident

Prioritizing reliable water, sanitation, electricity, refuse collection, road maintenance, and repairing potholes with transparent service-delivery targets.

4 Priority Four

Solve the Housing Crisis

Dignity, Integration and Opportunity

Formalising informal settlements, upgrading infrastructure, unlocking stalled projects, and eradicating chemical toilets to restore community dignity.

5 Priority Five

Make Municipalities Safe

Clean and Well-Lit

Strengthening visible municipal policing, community safety structures, public lighting, rapid repairs, and strict enforcement against illegal dumping.

6 Priority Six

Grow the Local Economy

Attract Investment That Creates Jobs

Reducing red tape, supporting SMMEs and township enterprises, and revitalising local commercial centres to stimulate job creation.
